The six supported chains

Chain Typical gas per trade What it is known for on Fomo
Solana Under $0.05 The largest meme coin market; most pump.fun launches
Base Under $0.05 Coinbase's Ethereum layer 2; fast-growing meme and AI tokens
Ethereum $1 to $10+ Established tokens and the deepest liquidity
BNB Chain Under $0.10 Four.meme launches and Asia-focused tokens
Monad Under $0.05 High-throughput EVM chain, live on Fomo since mainnet
Robinhood Chain Low Robinhood's Arbitrum-based layer 2 for tokenised assets

Fomo has added chains steadily: Base in September 2025, BNB Chain in October 2025, Monad at its mainnet launch in November 2025, with Ethereum mainnet and Robinhood Chain following in 2026. The official blog announces each addition.

How cross-chain buying works

You hold one balance shown in dollars. When you buy a token on Base with funds that arrived on Solana, Fomo handles the routing and any bridging behind the scenes and quotes you a single total cost. You never hold ETH for gas or manage separate wallets per chain. The fees page explains how that cost breaks down.

Withdrawals are chain-specific: you choose the network the destination wallet uses and Fomo sends on that network.

Which tokens can you trade?

Any token with on-chain liquidity on a supported chain, which in practice means:

  • Meme coins launched on pump.fun, Four.meme and similar launchpads
  • Established alt coins with DEX liquidity
  • Stablecoins (USDC and others) used as your cash position
  • Perps markets on major crypto, indices, commodities and selected equities via Hyperliquid

Fomo does not vet tokens. A token appearing in the app is not an endorsement.

Wallet and Web3 details

Your Fomo wallet is a non-custodial embedded wallet. It has a real address on each chain, and you can view activity on Solscan, Basescan, Etherscan or BscScan. The app currently does not act as a general Web3 wallet for connecting to third-party dApps; it is a trading wallet. See private key export for backing up access.

Frequently asked questions

Does Fomo support Bitcoin?

Not as a native chain. Bitcoin exposure is available through wrapped tokens on supported chains or through perps.

Can I trade Solana meme coins on Fomo?

Yes. Solana is the app's original and largest market.

Will Fomo add more chains?

The company has added a chain roughly every one to two months since launch. Watch the official blog and X account for announcements.
