Before you write
We are not Fomo support. We cannot see your account, recover funds, unlock withdrawals or apply a referral code after sign-up. For any account issue, use the help or support section inside the official Fomo trading. Our Fomo Family support page explains how, and how to avoid fake support.

We read every message. Please use the subject lines below so we can route it:
- Correction: tell us the page URL and what is wrong. Include a source if you have one.
- Question: we answer general questions about the app where we can and may turn them into new guides.
- Partnership or press: we consider editorial collaborations that fit our editorial policy. We do not sell reviews or placements.
What we will never ask for
We will never ask for your Fomo password, seed phrase, private key or a payment. If you receive a message claiming to be from us asking for any of these, it is not from us.
Response time
We aim to reply within three business days. Corrections that affect safety are handled first.
