The dog is Achi, a Shiba Inu from Korea whose owner posted a photo of him in a pink hat. In November 2023 an anonymous creator launched a Solana token using the image, with the meme "it's literally just a dog wif a hat". No roadmap, no utility, no team, which the community treated as the point.
